"The greatest challenge of life is how to enjoy it" - Nathaniel Brandon
The idea of running the following workshops has originated from my own personal and professional experience as a counsellor/psychotherapist, artist and as a parent.
In a rapidly changing world that has given way to significant transitions on a collective and personal level, I became aware of a deep isolation and an increasing need for individuals to experience a deeper sense of connection to themselves, others and their environment.
What I aim to give in these workshops is an experience that will enable individuals to respond to ourselves and others in a more constructive way, allowing us to live more meaningful and fulfilling lives.
My hope is that out of our individual and collective chaos will emerge, in time, a more accepting, compassionate and enlightened state of consciousness.
What does self-worth mean to us?
How do we measure it?
Are the ways in which we measure our self-esteem actually detrimental to our sense of self-worth?
How can we feel genuine confidence and a sense of authenticity?
Explore origins of low-self worth and it’s various manifestations.
Learn therapeutic ways of dealing with self-defeating thoughts and behaviour, integrating aspects of CBT, (Cognitive behavioural therapy) visualisation, acceptance and compassion.
.
What needs to heal and how can we create the conditions to facilitate this process?
Examine and question our limiting beliefs (and subsequent feelings) that we we have learnt about our innate creativity/ability to create.
Give ourselves permission to experiment and play!
(materials are provided but you are also welcome to bring any of your own projects)
Half-day Workshop
£55.00
What is Psycho-spiritual development?
What does it mean to be ‘Spiritual’ in this day and age and why do we need a spiritual practice?
A space to explore and discuss these keys questions.
Learn visualisation and meditative techniques that enable you to reconnect with your intuition and support you on a daily basis.
Develop a deeper understanding and connection with yourself, others and the world around you.
